Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it will take 1–2 business days to leave our warehouse. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 4pm MST, on weekends or holidays will start processing on the next business day.

Once your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking number. The UPS tracking info may not show transit record until the carrier picks up your parcel.

For pre-order / backordered items, goods will ship once back in stock. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately at no extra shipping charge.

Shipping Coverage

Skullcandy.com ships to the United States and U.S. Territories only. We do not ship internationally.

We support shipping to Military APO addresses and PO Boxes with free standard shipping method. Delivery to these destinations is not fully guaranteed.

Shipping Methods & Rates (Contiguous 48 States)

• Standard Shipping (UPS Ground / USPS Priority, fully trackable)
  Soundlab Members: Free standard shipping on orders over $49.99.
  Non-members: $12 shipping for orders under $100, free standard shipping for orders over $100.
• Expedited Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air
• Express Shipping: UPS Next Day Air

Oversized items: A minimum $20 surcharge applies for standard and expedited shipping. Express shipping is unavailable for some large products.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico costs $20 via air transit.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by bad weather or natural disasters.

Once submitted, your order cannot be cancelled or shipping address cannot be modified.
